Barton J. Birch manages our firm's Teton Valley office located in Driggs. Mr. Birch is a 2001 graduate of the University of Idaho College of Law where he graduated Magna Cum Laude; and he is a 1998 graduate of Idaho State University where he graduated with high honors with degrees in Economics and Political Science. He focuses his areas of practice on real estate, family law, business issues, corporate law, estate planning, collections, and criminal defense. Mr. Birch is licensed to practice law in both the State and Federal Courts of Idaho and Wyoming, with considerable experience in both states. He has served in the past as the Elected Teton County Prosecuting Attorney, and continually uses the experience and knowledge that he obtained during his tenure in that position.
Bart, and his wife Jill, make their home in the beautiful Teton Valley with their three daughters, where they spend most of their free time skiing, biking, photographing wildlife, and enjoying the incomparable outdoor recreational opportunities of eastern Idaho and western Wyoming.
